Delivery Details

At TCL Part Sales, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find general information about our delivery options, associated costs, and estimated shipping times. It will vary depending on the items dispatched however those variations will be agreed with you in advance.

1. Delivery options and costs

We offer following standard delivery services which might be available against the items you have chosen to purchase:

Next day delivery: estimated delivery time 1-2 working days from dispatch

Standard delivery: estimated delivery time 3-5 working days from dispatch

Pallet shipping: delivery time will be agreed in advance

The cost of the delivery will depend on the weight of the items, item availability, whether the items are custom-made and type of delivery chosen at the checkout.

2. Order processing

Ordering process is as follows:

  • Upon placing your order you will receive email confirmation with your order details
  • Once we accepted your order, we will send you confirmation of acceptance
  • At dispatch you will be informed via email of items leaving our warehouse including delivery tracking number and carrier
  • Throughout the delivery process you will receive the details from the carrier provider updating you on the status of your parcel and delivery timescales
  • Upon delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email for your records and VAT invoice where applicable

Please note that this may vary depending on the delivery options chosen and we will notify you in advance if this process differs. It is not applicable to orders placed for collection. Time and date of collection will be agreed with you in advance. If goods remain uncollected 7 days after agreed collection date, we may sell or dispose of the goods and account for any balance after deducting storage costs.

Once the items have been dispatched we cannot accept liability for delivery timescales. You will have to discuss any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

In the rare circumstances where we cannot accept your order, we will attempt to contact you to discuss further steps and options.

3. Delivery location

You need to make sure that delivery address is correct and valid signature will be required on delivery. Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are suitable, complete and damage free. Notify us immediately if goods receipted do not match the order or there are any defects including missing parts.

Deliveries will be made to the exterior ground floor only. Further transportation or installation is your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

If delivery has failed, we will support you in arranging for re-delivery, however, where applicable, it will be done at your expense. We will not pay for any costs relating to the re-delivery.

4. Tracking your order

After dispatch, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch notification email. Simply visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to view the status of your delivery.

5. Availability

5.1 All goods are subject to availability. If stock is insufficient to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed. At our discretion, we may process any part of the order which is available.

5.2 Where goods are out of stock, we will refund you the price paid for such goods within 30 days or, in the case of an account customer, we may, at our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.

5.3 We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered if your order has to be cancelled.

5.4 Where the goods are subject to a special offer, the stocks can be limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment.
